Digital Simultaneous Interpretation Stationary System
The Agile, Secure Digital Interpretation Kit: Air-Gapped. Encrypted. Interference-Free.
Our Digital Stationary Interpretation suites are engineered for high-stakes environments where privacy, mobility, and audio clarity are non-negotiable. Moving past traditional analog systems that require bulky antennas or systems that piggyback on venue Wi-Fi, this kit creates its own localized, invisible audio network. It delivers crystal-clear digital sound while operating completely off the grid—making it the ultimate secure standard for confidential enterprise events, legal proceedings, and diplomatic summits.
To meet varying operational and security requirements, we offer three tailored stationary digital architectures:
1. The WaveCast System (Secure Local Streaming)
Designed for ultimate audience flexibility combined with strict digital isolation. This setup utilizes the Williams Sound T55 FM+ transmitters configured strictly for closed-network digital streaming, with standard open FM transmission entirely disabled ("Dark FM") to eliminate external RF eavesdropping.
BYOD (Bring Your Own Device): Audience members can securely connect their own Android or iOS smartphones to our localized, air-gapped gateway. We provide new USB-C wired headsets for a seamless experience.
Managed Kiosks: To eliminate "battery anxiety" and recording risks, we can deploy dedicated Android kiosks. These are locked down via Mobile Device Management (MDM) to prevent unauthorized recording, screenshots, or network tampering.
2. The DigiWave System (Stationary Maximum Security)
Built for environments where military-grade cryptographic containment is required, such as SCIF-adjacent briefings or highly confidential boardrooms. (Note: If you require a highly mobile walk-and-talk solution, view our Portable DigiWave Equipment).
The Technology: Utilizes DigiWave Transceivers and Receivers deployed in a centralized, fixed-hub architecture requiring zero venue IT infrastructure.
The Security: Built on Digital Spread Spectrum (DSS) technology featuring rapid frequency-hopping and dual-layer 128+87-bit AES encryption. This creates an impenetrable 2.4GHz network that keeps sensitive dialogue strictly within the room.
3. The Hybrid Digital Profile (WaveCast + DigiWave)
For complex events requiring tiered access, we seamlessly combine both technologies. We deploy the heavily encrypted DigiWave network for VIPs, board members, or the interpretation team, while simultaneously casting the WaveCast local digital stream to the broader audience for convenient BYOD or Kiosk listening.
The 4 Pillars of Technical Security
The Air-Gapped Fortress: We deploy a 100% isolated enterprise network. Your audio never touches the public internet or the venue's infrastructure, ensuring total immunity from external intrusion.
Managed Privacy (PIN-Lock): Digital streams are PIN-protected and encrypted. You control exactly who has access to the audio.
Total Spectral Silence ("Dark FM"): By operating strictly digitally and turning off analog FM broadcasts, we eliminate the risk of external RF scanners picking up sensitive event dialogue.
Cryptographic Containment: Unlike legacy Infrared (IR) systems, our digital networks do not require line-of-sight. Audio remains flawless in direct sunlight, behind physical obstructions, or straight from a pocket.
System Capabilities & Hardware Fleet
We provide a comprehensive, end-to-end hardware and distribution ecosystem tailored for flawless execution.
Core Infrastructure
The Global Bridge: Seamlessly ingest remote speakers (Zoom, Teams, Kudo, Webex) into the room while sending broadcast-quality, zero-latency audio back to your global online audience.
Control Center: Williams Sound IC-2 Interpreter Consoles for seamless dual-language toggling.
The Hub (Conference Audio Bridge): A professional USB-capable audio mixer optimized for hybrid interfacing, feeding clean audio to both the onsite room and remote platforms.
Acoustic Isolation: Professional Tabletop Booth or Full Booth available.
Receiver Fleet & Accessories
Secure Listening Units: Depending on your architecture, we deploy locked-down MDM Kiosks, dedicated digital receivers, or provide gateway access for BYOD.
Premium Audio: All dedicated receivers and BYOD users are provided with fresh, single-use sanitized earphones or professional-grade isolation headsets based on your event requirements.
Optional Add-Ons & Compliance
Wireless Microphone Ecosystem: Dedicated microphone package featuring 1x Lavalier for the main speaker and 3x Handhelds for panel Q&A.
Floor Audio Recording: A 2-track (Stereo) high-quality master mix of the main event (original speakers) with no additional release forms. (Note: Recording the interpreters' live renditions requires prior written authorization and incurs an industry-standard 30% IP recording surcharge).
