Redundant Simultaneous Interpretation System
Architecture: Hybrid FM + Cryptographic Digital Distribution
The Invisible Infrastructure of High-Stakes Diplomacy and Enterprise.
Standard interpretation systems are vulnerable to interference and signal dropouts. Our Hybrid Redundant Architecture eliminates these risks by deploying a dual-path delivery system: traditional Wide-Band FM paired with a Secure, Localized Digital Stream. If one medium faces spectral congestion, the other serves as an instant, zero-latency failover.
The 5 Pillars of Technical Security
The Air-Gapped Fortress: We deploy a 100% isolated, high-density enterprise network. Your audio never touches the public internet, ensuring total immunity from external network intrusion.
Hybrid Redundancy (FM + Wi-Fi): Simultaneous broadcast across the RF spectrum and encrypted data streams provides the ultimate insurance policy against signal interference.
Managed Privacy (PIN-Lock): For sensitive sessions, our digital streams are PIN-protected and AES-encrypted. You control exactly who listens.
Total Spectral Silence ("Dark FM"): In high-security environments, we can disable FM entirely. Operating "dark" on the RF spectrum eliminates the risk of external eavesdropping.
Managed Kiosks: To eliminate "battery anxiety" and recording risks, we provide dedicated Android kiosks managed via MDM—locked down to prevent unauthorized recording or screenshots.
Deployment Profiles: Tailored Transmission
We configure our stationary Hub based on your specific environmental and security needs:
The High-Density Profile (FM + Wi-Fi): Best for large-scale conventions. Combines Wide-Band FM (T55) for massive crowd coverage with a secure local Wi-Fi stream for BYOD users.
The Maximum Security Profile (Air-Gapped Digital Direct): Best for boardrooms, legal proceedings, and diplomatic summits. We deploy stationary Digi-Wave DLT-400 transceivers directly at the audio hub. This creates an invisible, heavily encrypted 2.4GHz digital network that requires absolutely no venue IT infrastructure, feeding crystal-clear audio exclusively to our paired DLR-400 Digital Receivers.
System Capabilities & Integration
The Global Bridge: Seamlessly ingest remote speakers from Zoom, Teams, Kudo, Interprefy, or Webex into the room while sending broadcast-quality, zero-latency audio back to your global online audience.
Beyond Infrared (IR): Unlike legacy IR systems, our Wi-Fi 6 Cryptographic Containment does not require line-of-sight and remains flawless in direct sunlight or behind physical obstructions.
What’s Included in Your Deployment
We provide a comprehensive, end-to-end hardware and distribution ecosystem tailored for seamless execution.
Core Infrastructure
Control Center: Williams Sound IC-2 Interpreter Consoles for seamless dual-language toggling.
Dual-Path Transmission: Williams Sound FM Transmitters (T55 FM+) for up to 8 languages, paired with Secure Digital encrypted transmission for up to 4 languages.
The Hub (Conference Audio Bridge): A professional USB-capable audio mixer optimized for hybrid interfacing, feeding clean audio to both the onsite room and remote platforms.
Acoustic Isolation: Professional Tabletop Booth included. (Upgrades available: Full-Size Booth or iBooth).
Receiver Fleet & Audience Access
Flexible Hardware: Multichannel FM Receivers (R37) and/or Secure Digital Receivers, all provided with new, single-use earphones.
BYOD (Bring Your Own Device): Audience members can securely use their own Android or iOS smartphones as receivers via our local gateway. We provide new USB-C wired headsets.
Optional Add-Ons
Wireless Microphone Ecosystem: Dedicated microphone package featuring 1x Lavalier for the main speaker and 3x Handhelds for panel Q&A.
Floor Audio Recording: A 2-track (Stereo) high-quality master mix of the main event (original speakers) with no additional release forms.
Professional Standards & Compliance
Strict Engineering Standards: To prevent cross-channel radio interference, our maximum safe FM deployment is strictly capped at 8 simultaneous language channels.
Interpretation Intellectual Property: Recording the interpreters' live renditions is subject to standard IP rights. This requires prior written authorization (waivers) from the interpreting team and incurs an industry-standard 30% recording surcharge.
Strategic Partnership
“We act as your Technical Systems Architect. For massive-scale or government-grade deployments, InterpreterDC leverages the heavy infrastructure of our enterprise division, ABC Productions LLC, to ensure zero-fail delivery.”This hardware package guarantees robust, zero-latency communication using dedicated radio frequencies.
